Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup milk
1 Tblsp powdered garlic
1 Tblsp parsley
1/2 parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded gruyere
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
Cook brown rice in chicken broth according to package directions. In a buttered casserole dish, mix all the rest of the ingredients with the rice. Spread evenly, and bake covered at 350º for 20 minutes. Take the cover off, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until edges start to brown and it is hot a bubbly. Serve warm. |
